Virginia in NC (Sept 2007) RE the Lookout Car Seat. Thought that you would like to see the way our  bichon used your lookout car seat over the years. We just ordered another strap ... but the seat itself is still going strong. Shasta, our bichon,  uses it in our vehicles for all travels...shown in photo when she was 6 months old on her first long car trip ~ 1000 miles. She also uses the lookout in the house backwards... (with a booster pillow added to watch over her front yard~ 2nd photo. Thanks for such a great product.  (Photos Here)

Traci in Calif. I wanted to let you know we received the My Buddy Lookout. Both dogs [Reggie and Tucker] are now happy, content and love taking car rides. By the way, both the Lookout B and the Lookout Buddy not only fit in our huge four door Ford truck with lots of room left over, both fit snuggly in my little 1997 four door Honda DX too. Of course they take up the entire back seat, but they fit!! 

Freda in NC. I just wanted to let you know that I must need to send you more money for the Lookout Seat for my little poodle. It is absolutely wonderful and makes traveling with my puppy a joy. It has honestly made traveling a pleasure with my pet. She even sleeps in it at night! [We did not take her up on the offer to give us more money, but we are happy the product served her needs!!]

Nancy and her two Shih Tzu's: Just a note to tell how pleased I am with the pet Lookouts ... what a pleasure doing business with this quality an organization and Jack, your personal attention was much appreciated. We have just returned from a two week car trip (first trip in a car for our two 5 year old Shih Tzu's as they have always traveled in a motor home) and the "Look Outs" were a hit. They were used to riding on the dash board and able to see everything and with the new seats could again see, or nap, or ride together in one seat. It made the trip much easier on all of us.

Judy in NJ: The "Cozy Cave" I ordered for my little terrier mix arrived yesterday. She was a little afraid of it when I first set it up but I gently laid her in it and sat with her until she got comfortable. Now she won't get out of it. She absolutely LOVES it. The is going to be great for the winter because she's always cold, loves to be under a blanket and the "Cozy Cave" will alleviate me constantly having to fix her blankie when she moves.

Deon: I just wanted to drop you a quick note: the Lookout and the little Dog Harness: I love them! More importantly, so does my little doggie. I have a young, (four month old) West Highland White Terrier -- she loves to go driving, but has become increasingly rambunctious in the car as her little "puppy-ness" wears off. I need to concentrate on driving, but of course, want her to stay safe. I  also did a lot of research for Lookouts -- they are available in some mail-order catalogs as well as other internet websites. You had the best deal by a few dollars, and the best description and recommendation for buying a harness. Much appreciated! Your shipping was very timely, as well.

Sharon in Western USA : (... On our road trip to...) the Snoozer Oversized Car Seat worked like a charm! My husband had to admit that it was the best investment for the trip that I made. It was hard just to get them to sit in my lap when I wanted company. What a great product! Thanks again for all your help. We are forever Snoozer believers.....
