Have a Small Dog? Need a Small or Medium Dog Bed? Almost all our pet beds come in a size Small or Medium. Just click the link to the type you want, and go from there. Some Type Beds have different sizes for the Terms Sm and Med, always look for the inches given for each size.

When picking the size bed to get we ask you to always please follow our advice here, which is -- to take the time to measure your pet lying down nose to hindquarters and add about 9 - 12 inches and compare to the size of the bed you might buy. Note: We do not get returns on Snoozer products because of flawed product, we get 99% of them because of size problems, so please read this page before you buy... you will save yourself the possible trouble and expense of a return.

What type to get?
The Classic is the Pillow Dog Bed - It is usually round, oval or rectangular. Nest Dog Beds provide cozy retreats, usually some type of snuggle appeal for smaller dogs and cats, sometimes a backrest. Many small dogs prefer a Bolster Dog Bed or Pet Sofa with the bolstered back and sides for easy resting.
Specialty dog beds are Waterproof ones, Orthopedic Dog Beds, which use medical grade foam to add extra support for older and disabled dogs and Outdoor Dog Beds which are tough and water-resistant.

And then there is what you like: many dog owners like designer luxury pet beds for their home, as they are much like the quality of furniture.

What Size to Get? Our best advice is here. Summed up it is: Too small is always wrong! The filling in pillow beds and the bolsters on pet sofas cause the bed to "draw up" from its advertised diameter. If you are in doubt, select a larger size - in most cases the price is not much more.

Personalizing Dog Beds: Monograms are available for an extra charge on almost all round beds that do not have fleece tops, and on the dog car booster seat in the model with the drawer. They are not available for rectangular, or fleece top beds, or Lookout car seats without the drawer, and in all cases are limited to 10 characters, including blank spaces and two colors: gold or white thread.

Dog Bed Fill:
Snoozer uses primarily spun polyester and cedar flaxes/bits for odor control and insect repellent features. You can be assured that all Fillers used in a Snoozer bed are high quality and meant to last. Some, like orthopedic beds include foam -- both regular foam and memory foam - this makes a top quality bed for your dog.

What is memory foam? It's denser than regular foam - but unlike the name suggests, it does not hold any memory. It will retain its original shape and will not mat after long use. It's amazing! Originally used by NASA in the space program.
