Where We Ship To, Expected Delivery Times

SHIPPING:  allow 5  to 12 days for delivery in the US Contiguous 48 States except.....  Orders Dec 1 - Jan 10, 7 to 14 days for all areas except that areas nearest SC may be delivered more quickly.  This estimate  is based on this factor:  The manufacturers ship for us.  Generally any order we receive, will ship out within 2- 3 business days after you send it to us.  Please understand:  Holiday or  Friday-Sunday orders take longer total days before they ship out: they may take 4 total days though only 2-3 business days. 

These are delivery estimates within the 48 lower states, for Snoozer  Products  (Which are most of what we sell) - AFTER the product ships from Greenville, SC.  Allow about 2-4 business days for product to process and ship out from SC.  Other products ship from many locations, but this is a good guide, just reverse directions as required if we tell you from where it ships.

Expedited Shipping.   Take our word, you will not like the price: $30 for small items up to $200 for large items to the West Coast.  Most customers do not take it, after asking, when they learn the cost. Perhaps 2 each year in the last 3 years were willing.  Shipping is a UPS/FedEX cost,  Not a profit item for us.

We do not ship to PO Boxes except in rare cases, mostly outside the US 48 Contiguous States, and for small items like color swatches, odor adios pads replacement safety straps for the Lookout dog car seats.  Please provide a physical street address on your "deliver to" address.  

We do not ship very large items outside the US 48. They are outside dimensions allowed by USMAIL  - generally, any item more than 17 (h) x 18 (d) x 29 (w).  Bongo.com may be able to ship these items for you.

In general allow 5  to 12 days for delivery in the US Contiguous 48 States... except if in the Rocky Mtn states or west of there, sometimes takes to 14 days.  HOLIDAYS: Thanksgiving to Jan 10, some years you might have to add 1-3 days. If outside the 48 read below.  

Within the US 48 for certain very large size products there are different shipping rates for different regions.  These are explained to you on the information pages about the product, and again on the order pages themselves.

We generally will ship most Snoozer brand products outside the US 48 contiguous states anywhere served by the US MAIL, but the cost is greater even for smaller items, than shipping within the 48 states.  And there are restrictions on what we ship to those areas.  Go to this page if ordering from an APO, US Territory or Commonwealth, AK, HI.  International customers should visit: Non-US customers info

  Shipping is a cost of doing business; it is either stated up-front, separately, as we normally do, or it is forgiven when shipping to you if we advertise free shipping.  But, if you return,  the cost to ship to you is not refunded on returns, except where the product was flawed, or we shipped you an item other than the one you ordered. 

Regarding items shipped free:   if you return these items at your choice (ie: not our fault, you chose the wrong size, or a color you don't like), your refund is reduced by a  25% restocking  fee to cover the restocking fee the manufacturers charge us, and those charges we paid a shipping company to ship to you. 

We ship outside the 48 US contiguous states  to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, other Countries,  but the cost is greater than shipping within the 48 states.  We will not ship oversized items outside the 48 States nor to Canada. In the US 48 we ship by UPS Ground or FedEx or USMAIL and need physical street address on orders. 

To APOs, FPOs, US Territories, Canada, HI & AK, and other countries we ship by US Mail.  Some oversized items cannot be shipped outside the US 48 states.

Most items are always in-stock and will ship out within two - four business days.  We generally tell all our customers to allow a minimum of 5 to 12 days  for delivery, even at times, 2 weeks for delivery to CA, OR, WA, ID, NV. We are shipping from the east coast in South Carolina except for non-Snoozer brands which may be from any location in the US.
