It's always best in your phone call, or your email or fax to refer to the items you are ordering by the Item Number (eg: Item Z for the Lookout I, Item Z(b) for the Lookout II). Be sure you include the size you want, the color you want, whether you want a monogram, THE NAME ON THE MONOGRAM, THE COLOR OF THREAD YOU WANT (GOLD OR WHITE), whether you want faux lambswool (on those products where it is offered as a choice). Note that on the Lookouts, a Monogram is not available on the Lookout I. If you do not use our secure server to order by credit card, you might want to email us to spell out exactly what you want. Our product line offers more choices, and thus is a little more complicated than some. Sorry for that, but you get the benefit of more choice.
