Yes, we do ship internationally. Two Options:

1- We ship - US Priority International Mail, least expensive

2-Bongo.com ships for you - Various options, for example:  multiple order consolidation, save big $ on expedited shipping.
 

When we ship, we do not ship very large items. They are outside dimensions allowed by USMAIL  - generally, any item more than 17 (h) x 18 (d) x 29 (w)

We ship using US International Priority Mail, which is generally the least expensive way, but delivery takes sometimes 7 to 15 days, after it leaves South Carolina, to reach you.

1)  To use Quality Pet Supplies and the US International Mail.  Order on-line as any typical customer. When you get to the shopping cart there is a drop box to select shipping area. Select either Canada, or other countries and the cart will add the charge for one item at that point.
  Most of our products  are large, and are oversized. That means they cost quite a bit to ship even within the US.
  The amount of postage showing for shipping to you when your package arrives does not represent all costs.
  Multiple Item orders:  If you order more than one item we will email you with a refined estimated shipping cost. 

  Custom duties are your responsibility at your end.   We obey all international  requirements for shipping, including accurate valuations for customs.

   Cost to ship? What does it cost to ship our products from the US to Europe, Asia, Australia? Most of our items are large and expensive to ship and typically cost $50 - $65 shipped by USMAIL anywhere outside the US.   This is still cheaper than most FedEx, UPS rates for the size items we sell. 

 We use a "one size fits all" base shipping price for your order, whether it is for a large or a small item. It generally works for the typical items Non-US customers buy.  But it does sometimes need refinement, up or down.  Do a "pretend order" and use it to get an estimate.  In all cases, if you question the cost, you should email us for a more refined estimate. 

COST TO SHIP MULTIPLE ITEMS.   Our shopping cart calculates only one cost:  the cost to ship one item.  For multiple items we will email you a refined estimate.

DELIVERY TIMES: vary greatly across the countries. Your order normally ships out 3-4 business days from the date of the order from South Carolina, by US Priority International Mail which should get the product to your country in 3-6 days.   Once in your country it enters your Postal system and can take another week or more until delivery to you. 
  
RETURNS. if at your choice, and not for reasons of our error or product flaws, are at your cost to ship, and the original charge to ship to you is not refunded.

Because the cost to ship to and from areas outside the US is so high, we encourage you to be absolutely certain of the size and type bed you want before ordering.  We rarely get returns from US customers for reasons of flawed product.  Almost all returns are due to size issues.  Please measure your pet and follow our advice at What Size To Get?
