To order on-line act as any typical customer. When you get to the shopping cart there is a drop box to select shipping area. Select either Canada, or other countries and the cart will add the charge for one item at that point. If you order more than one item see below.
 
  The amount of postage showing for shipping to you when your package arrives does not represent all costs. Additional costs (typically $10- $12 above postage) are insurance, a handling charge from the manufacturers who ships for us, and an additional charge for conversion to USD from your currency by the credit card people.  

  Multiple Item orders: our system does not accurately estimate the shipping cost for multiple item orders.  It gives a per item estimate, which logically should be multiplied by the number of items, but that is not true in all cases, as some items may be larger or smaller. We will email you with a refined estimated shipping cost. 

  Custom duties are your responsibility at your end.  However, from our  feedback from customers in Canada, the UK, and Australia this is not a problem.  We obey all international  requirements for shipping, including accurate valuations for customs.   Customers sometimes have problems when attempting to charge their card. If you do, please email us.    Cost to ship? What does it cost to ship our products from the US to Europe, Asia, Australia? Most of our items are large and expensive to ship and typically cost $50 - $65 shipped anywhere outside the US.  Even in the US some items cost $40 and more to ship from coast to coast. 

We use a "one size fits all" base shipping price for your order, whether it is for a large or a small item. It generally works for the typical items Non-US customers buy.  But it does sometimes need refinement, up or down.  Do a "pretend order" and use it to get an estimate.  In all cases, if you question the cost, you should email us for a more refined estimate.  Bear in mind that for multiple items, the shipping is the per item cost times the number of items.  The amount of postage showing for shipping to you when you receive the order does not represent all costs.  See at left.

   Delivery Times: vary greatly across the countries. Your order normally ships out 3-4 business days from the date of the order by US Priority Mail which should get the product to your country in 3-4 days. Once there it enters your Postal system and can take another week or more until delivery to you. 
  Returns, if at your choice, and not for reasons of our error or product flaws, are at your cost to ship, and the original charge to ship to you is not refunded.

Because the cost to ship to and from areas outside the US is so high, we encourage you to be absolutely certain of the size and type bed you want before ordering.  We rarely get returns from US customers for reasons of flawed product.  Almost all returns are due to size issues.  Please measure your pet and follow our advice at What Size To Get?
