What are oversized items? -- OVERSIZED: any item measuring more than 29 (w) x 18 (d) x 17 (h); Which means most sizes of Luxury Sofa beds, all sizes of super ortho beds, THE PET STEP dog ramp; some Large and XLarge beds of various types (overstuffed luxury sofa). |

We now ship
Snoozer brand products anywhere served by USMAIL. Your actual costs will vary
greatly depending on the product ordered and your location. The
cost sometimes is high, and you should understand that in advance.
We have established what we believe to be a fair and reasonable initial charge based on "one size fits all" charge for all items in all locations . Obviously that is not a perfect system, but surprisingly it works well in most instances. In some cases it does not. In all instances consider that charge an estimate as sometimes it needs refinement, so consider it an estimate. The charge you see on the Shopping Cart is an Initial estimate for one item and it is not guaranteed as the most you might be charged though it most likely is the highest possible charge for one item. Don't complete the charge process after you fill in the order form unless you are willing to pay the Initial Amount and perhaps more. We will not ship the Pet Step, nor other Very Over-Sized items (e.g.: XLarge regular beds, nor any Super Ortho beds, outside the 48 US Contiguous States, nor to APOs/FPOs. The cost can be up to $100+ for those items and most customers will not pay that. |

When you reach the Order Form: a) Use the drop box for shipping region b) Choose your location being shipped to: Note: We have no wish to charge any more than necessary to ship to our servicemen and women and civilian government employees serving overseas, but the cost to ship there can be expensive. Please understand that. If the cost to actually ship is less than what is calculated we will credit the difference, but you must authorize the initial charge by choosing the appropriate shipping region. c) An estimated surcharge will be added for your location. If you order Multiple items on one order -- see at below. If the ACTUAL COST upon actual shipping is significantly less (and sometimes it may be) we will credit you after shipment. If it is more you agree by ordering to pay it. If you are not happy with this arrangement, do not order. Example: a typical charge to ship the Small Lookout Dog Car seat to Alaska is $20- $25; to Canada $33. But your initial charge that shows up is higher. Why so high? Because it is a one size fits all charge for typical items ordered by non-US customers, and many of those are larger than the small Lookout. In this case we would email you a new estimate and on shipping the item, and if the actual cost is less, credit back the charge you made for the difference between any lower actual cost and initial charge. Note: the postage fee showing on the package when you receive it does not represent all costs. Other costs include insurance and a handling fee the manufacturers who ship for us, charge us. Multiple Items on one Order: our cart does not work well for International orders with multiple items. The ship cost is shown as a per item cost. If you order two cozy caves, the cost is typically close to 2 times the per item cost. It may be somewhat lower by combining the two items on one order, but it will not usually be substantially lower. We will email you with a more refined estimate. But it will still be an estimate.
