We have every reason to believe this product will meet your needs and satisfy you. But there are occasions where it may not. 1) If it is flawed, write us/call us with description of the flaw: you are entitled to a full refund. We will pay for the return shipment. 2) If your pet will not use it, or you or your pet are uncomfortable with it, return it. There is a 13% restocking fee, and you pay for the shipping costs going to you and returning to us. 3) If you return a product it must be in the original container, with all items/literature, as you received it, and suitable for resale: no pet hair, no odor, and no evident signs of use. If that is not the case, you will not receive a refund. 4) Please notify us by email or phone within 5 days of receipt if you wish to return an item. If there are extenuating circumstances for notifying us after 5 days (you were gone when it arrived, it was a XMAS gift not opened until XMAS, you bought it for someone else who did not open it right away, etc.) we are understanding. Tell us. But, if the product is used, and we cannot resell it...you will not receive a refund. |
