Lightweight foam steps, easy to move about and reposition, support small to larger small dogs.  Weight should not be a problem in determining whether your dog can use these.  However, the length of your dog's legs can be a factor.  If he has very short legs he may not be able to reach the distance between each step (about 5 inches). Use the steps to determine what you need in terms of going from the floor to the item to be reached and be aware of your dog's "reach" when he takes a step up.

Shipped at the least expensive means, which also means some assembly is required when you receive it  -  you have to put the covers on it, and it requires some work.
