Place the cover on top with the hole facing to the
rear. The loop on the rear strap will come through this hole
with the gold ring

point the one you have may or may not be locked in a circle as this

If your leash strap is locked in a circle,
Unlock it & Thread it through the loop on the rear strap |

Relock the safety leash strap. |
